The Mission of the New London County Health Collaborative is to improve the health status of the community through collaborative means.

The New London County Health Collaborative (NLCHC) was formed in 2007. Recognizing that complex health-related issues cannot be addressed by any one agency, the NLCHC unites the medical, social service, and public health communities to jointly examine health status concerns in New London County, Connecticut. The NLCHC serves all 263,293 residents of New London County and member organizations collectively employ 5,500 people.
